Note : Upvc PIPES TO BS .3506, Classess B,C,D and E conform to the corresponding classes in B.3505 and are available for general industrial applications.
The above table also lists pipe dimesions to BS 3506, Classess 0.6,7 which do not occur in BS.3505. class 0 PIPES are thinner-wall pipes suitable for non-pressure duct applications.
Class 6 and 7 are generally used for applications where extra-thick-wall pipes are required to provide an extra margin of safety and not particularly for their higher pressure ratings, e.g. converyance of dangerous fluids, etc.
UPVC PIPES To BS.3506, Classes 0,6 and 7 are in some cases available to special order only.
